At Derma Organics, we understand that when your skin or body needs support, timing
matters. That’s why every order is handled with care, urgency, and attention from the
moment it is placed to the moment it arrives.
This Shipping Policy outlines where we ship, processing times, delivery expectations, and
what happens if issues arise during shipping.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and options will be displayed at checkout based
on your location.
PROCESSING TIME
All Derma Organics products are handmade.
Please allow 2–7 working days for order processing before dispatch.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We use trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, and Evri.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–5 working days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3–5 working days
- International (including Africa & Rest of World): 5–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over $65 (excluding U.S. territories, Canada, Caribbean,
and certain international locations).
CUSTOMS FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER PROTECTION
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
We will assist where possible but are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the
courier.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NO PACKAGE RECEIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local courier office
Derma Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping details
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
RETURNED ORDERS
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address:
- Reshipping fees will apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review and resolve accordingly.
MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER
If an item is missing:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and details
